Retaliated and discriminated against a widowed senior citizen and leases mold infested houses
Oh Joan loves to retaliate against tenets when they request TJM adhere to the maintenance provisions of the lease contract. Also, Joan has a house for lease that reeks of mold. You can’t see it but you can’t help but smell it. And her buddy Janelle goes along telling people that houses for lease that are not TJM props are much more expensive than they really are. Example, there’s a house on Caitlin Court in Burnet. It has a lease sign. Janelle and Joan tell people the landlord wants $3000. That’s a lie. They’re just trying to lease the house next to it for much more money than it’s worth. So if you like dealing with unethical prop MGMT people, in my opinion only, you cannot find a more unethical company than TJM. If you want to lease a house that smells like mold, contact these people. Then get an independent inspector to check to find out where that smells is coming from
